Those jewel cases might be - $2 As in negative, as in they cost 4 buck you get 6.

I bought them a couple weeks ago when they were 9.99, yeah I know not FAR but I wanted something to add to an order and instead of some FAR item I didn't want I got those instead. So I sent in the rebate using the belkin.pdf form from officemax, and I sent it to the correct offer #, and this is it's status.

Keep in mind that the rebate form I used is the exact same form/promo that anyone else buying them now would use, same deal. Now, you might think, well they probably put it thru for the wrong belkin item, that's why it's $6. One, if they had the rebate would have been rejected, and #2 not one single item on that whole form under any of the offer numbers has a $6.00 rebate on it. So parago seems to have it in the system as being a $6.00 rebate instead of $4.00. Or, officemax who I believe creates the belkin.pdf forms (or so I have been informed by belkin) messed up when they put down $4.00 on the rebate form and it's really supposed to be $6.00

No guarantees that this will be the case for anyone else, but, a heads up, the rebate on them slim jewel cases might pay out 6 instead of 4. You can use the two bucks to buy to make two 20 minute phone calls and still have 2 pennies leftover<G>
