Officemax rebate problem

Office max is trying to f**k me on a rebate saying the date I bought it is invalid. What do I call them and say to resolve it with my losing my cool and getting it done fast?

if u have the recipt showing the valid date, u can definitely call and they will ask u to fax it.
It happened for me as well but they said they never had my submission in their system .So i faxed it and now for another rebate its been six weeks that i sent and they still dont have it in the system.
U better call them immediately and resolve the problem.

You can also talk to them over the phone and tell them the date off your order history (or receipt)

If you dont have your receipt, they may authorize the rebate for you "as a one time courtesy"
