Sure, a lot of people will complain about Firestone, but the one near me happens to be very good, you just have to keep an eye on them and know what you're doing.
$12.99 plus taxes comes out to about $16.50 where I am. Good price for a synthetic blend oil change.
However, I will probably stop going there since I now get oil changes from the dealer where I work for about $15-$16.
