sent an auth # to my cell. But i'm still waiting for my battery replacement. Tried to do it again w/ my hubby's cell but it wouldn't go saying I already exist. Oh well thanks anyway!

There's my answer! Thanks sunni. I did not click the box to allow text messages. That is probably why. I only have 100 texts a month, so I don't need an olay sample that bad.
