1. THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO PLAY:
Beginning on March 13, 2006 through June 20, 2006, log on to
www.snackhappy.com and click on the "100 Days to Summer" game icon and follow the on-screen instructions to play.
You will need to enter an access code found inside specially-marked packages of Nabisco 100 Calorie Packs to play. If you receive a winning message, you are a potential winner of the prize indicated (subject to verification). Follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize. If you are not a winner, you may return to
www.snackhappy.com once per day to play again. Each unique access code can be used for up to ten (10) game plays.
To play by mail, print your name, complete address, daytime phone number, age, and e-mail address (if applicable) on a 3" x 5" paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to: "100 Days to Summer" Game Play, P.O. Box 1936, Elgin, IL 60121-1936. Mail-in requests must be received by June 20, 2006. Limit one request per outer mailing envelope, mailed separately. On the day an eligible mail-in request is received, a designated representative of the judging organization will play one (1) Instant Win Game play on behalf of the applicable eligible request, provided it is received by June 20, 2006. Only potential winners will be notified by mail. No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles of game materials allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage due mail. All requests become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Game is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years and older as of March 13, 2006. Employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (Sponsor), Promotions.com, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and/or those living in the same households of each are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery or prizes will be forfeited. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification.
3. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: In the event any of the Grand Prizes are unclaimed, they will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing on or about July 19, 2006 from among all Second Chance entries received. To enter, print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers, and age on 3" x 5" paper and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to: "100 Days to Summer" Game 2nd Chance, P.O. Box 1937, Elgin, IL 60121-1937. Limit one entry per stamped envelope. Entries must be received by June 20, 2006. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Odds of winning will depend on whether any of the Grand Prizes are unclaimed and the number of Second Chance entries received.
4. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVs), ESTIMATED ODDS OF WINNING (Est. Odds): (100) Grand Prizes (one per day): 3 day/2 night Spa Trip for Two (2) to La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, CA on January 5, 2007 through January 7, 2007. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air travel for two (2) from major airport nearest winner's residence to San Diego, CA; 3 days/2 nights accommodations at the La Costa Resort and Spa (one room; double occupancy); round-trip ground transfers between airport/resort; a $580 allowance per room for spa treatments (two spa treatments per person - gratuity included); use of all Spa Facilities; and meals (two breakfasts, two lunches, and two dinners). Total ARV: $3,971.25. Est. Odds: 1:3,881. Actual odds of winning any prize depend on the number of actual website visits and mail-in requests received. Trip value may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted. In the event winner does not use all of the spa treatment allowance and/or resort voucher, a refund will not be made. Winner is responsible for any gratuities associated with spa treatments other than those included in the allowance provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All travel arrangements/accommodations at Sponsor's discretion. Actual travel dates are January 5, 2007 through January 7, 2007. Winners and guests must be available to travel on the same itinerary on dates designated or prizes will be forfeited and awarded to alternate winners. In the event any winner is a minor is his/her state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be the winner's guest. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes, not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $397,125. Limit one Grand Prize per email address, person, or household.
5. DISCLAIMER: Sponsor, Promotions.com, Inc., and their affiliated companies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors. Liability for any irregular or defective game code is limited to replacement with another, while supplies last. Any game code received that is tampered with, illegible, mutilated, reproduced, contains printing or other errors, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, will be null and void. Sponsor, Promotions.com, Inc., and their agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this game, or by any human, or other error, which may occur in the serving of game messages in this game. If, in the judges opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the game, the judges reserve the right to void suspect game messages and/or terminate the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the name appearing on the entry.

ADDITIONAL RULES: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor, Promotions.com, Inc., and their agencies to use winners' names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the judges. If due to a computer programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded according to Rule 4, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in Rule 4.
7. WAIVER: By participating in this promotion, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.
