OPrah.com Hope & Grace Sweepstakes - 1 time entry by 7/20/06

One (1) Winner will receive a salon makeover party (the "Party") for Winner and ten (10) guests (the "Guests"), at an approximate market value ("AMV") of Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($3,950.00). The Party will be held at a salon in or around the closest city or large town to Winner's place of residence (the "Salon"), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Party includes: (i) six (6) hours of limousine service between Winner's home and the Salon for Winner and the Guests, (ii) non-alcoholic beverages and snacks in the limousine, (iii) a champagne toast for Winner and the Guests at the Salon, and (iv) up to Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) of Salon services (such as haircut and style, manicure, pedicure, and/or makeup application) each for Winner and Guests. Sponsors will pay the Salon directly for Party expenses incurred up to Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($2,750.00). TOTAL AMV OF PRIZE (1 PRIZE): Up to Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($3,950.00).
