To download you still need to setup a MSN music account that requires a credit card. Just an FYI.

Really? Somehow, I was able to download w/o entering my CC info. Hmm:confused: Thanks for the tip. :) I'll add it to the first post

PS if you're wary of submitting your credit card info over the internet, consider acquiring one of those visa gift cards or master card gift cards. that way, it's not like someone could acquire your CC# & run up a huge charge. also, just an fyi, merchants can't check the balance on these cards.

The fine print on their site says:
" You can sign in to MSN Music using .Net Passport account. This includes Hotmail, MSN and MSN Messenger."

From the MSN Music site:
One free song download per person, per day is available to U.S. residents 18 years and older. You will be prompted to set up an MSN Music account and provide a credit card number, but you will not be charged for music unless you purchase additional downloads at the regular retail price. You must agree to the Microsoft Music Download Service Agreement to access the service. Promotion ends February 12, 2005.

Aciton Buttons do NOT work for Mozilla Firefox Users

An FYI for the few users who uses Mozilla Firefox as their browser; the song will only download using IE. If I am wrong about this please let me know.

You are correct - I have the iview extension installed so I just right-click and select View the page in IE. It's a MSN page so I'm fairly confident I won't get too much in the line of spyware/malware. LOL
