Pampers rewards

ok I went to enter codes today for the gifts to grow program and everytime I log in a little box pops up about eprize net....it looks like a winodws box that i have to enter username and password and my pampers info doesnt work. Anyone having this problem?????

Yes. I had that problem a couple of weeks ago. They told me to go to my preference page and "change my password" and it would work.

Somehow I did get on to enter points, but it was a HUGE hassle. I finally called pampers to complain.

I can't believe that they are still having issues with that. It should have been fixed.

I would advise calling.
