According to this rebate on Circuit City's website, you can get shipping for free. An awesome deal on a mid-level HDTV, considering you can spend this much on a regular TV.

This is an excellent deal. Most HDTVs at this size going for this price are generic brands. You're getting Panasonic quality for the same money.

It's a shame, I have Comcast HDTV service with two HDTVs in the house and a 20" Toshiba FST PURE standard definition in my room. I would upgrade to this if I felt like spending money, but I think for this room the next step I would take would be to go flat.
