I just got this in my email. I thought I would share. Buy.com is having a sale on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ5S 5.0 Megapixel Digital Camera - Silver camera. I priced this camera I month or two ago and the cheapest I could find it was $350. I liked the cannon s2 a little better so i went with it instead. But this is probably the best camera you can buy at that pice.

I have a Panasonic Lumix FX9. I cant say enough good things about it. My camera is a 6MP and takes macros so nice that you can the veins in a leaf and in the same shot see each dewdrop refracting whats behind it. My point is that I dont have 10x optical zoom (!).

I liked the canon s2 for the continuos mode. Unlimited continuos shots.
The panasonic I belive is only 7 sec.
That is what sealed my choice to go with the s2.
