As an apology to "Cleveland residents" they are offering a one topping pizza for .23 cents this Thursday. Not sure if it is limited to only Cleveland residents or all of Ohio. Would recommend you call your local Papa Johns and ask if they are participating.
 
Well, I went to my local Papa Johns, and the line was at least 150 people deep. Ridiculous, they are actually waiting in that long line, it went out the store, down the sidewalk and through the parking lot. I turned around and went home.
 
And when will Chicago get an apology?
