www.pssgetin.com to provide your first and last name, e-mail address, daytime phone number and indicate whether or not you wish to receive e-mail from Payless. You will also be asked to confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or older and have read and agreed to these official rules. After you complete the sweepstakes entry form and select your favorite Payless product from the photographs shown, you may receive an instant winner message along with instructions on how to redeem the prize indicated. Not every entrant will receive a winning message. All online entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM ET on 9/5/06. Limit one entry per day per e-mail account.
