I like clicking the links and filling them with bogus information. Forward the e-mail to [email protected] so that the site can get shut down.

please PM me Paypal account credentials and I can verify it for you.... NOT.

Dont post it here as spammers or crackers may mis use the info :)

I always hover over the links to be sure of who sent the mail to me, but I don't even click the real email I get from PayPal or Amazon. I open up a new window and go to their sites that way.

And that, fellow friends, is the best way to do business! :yesnod:

Seems risky. Opening the link could expose you to a Trojan or Malware.
Forwarding to Paypal would be good. Paypal probably even has instructions on how to do this for their best use.

Let me rephrase...I use a quite-modified browser for this purpose that doesn't allow any java scripting, downloads, etc. And on top of that, I modify the link so that it doesn't directly point to my e-mail address so they can automatically scan me in the future. (I copy the link and paste a modified one into the browser.) I can state that I have NOT had a Trojan or malware on my computer. I remove viruses off computers as a living (among other technical jobs).

Often times, the modified link doesn't work so I leave it at that and then forward the message (headers included) to [email protected].
