paypal/ebay spoof emails

Who is getting these emails and why. Post your email here for comparison among others.

I don't think taz is suggesting us to post our e-mail addresses, just the content of the e-mails.

I think.

FYI I just delete mine since forwarding them to PayPal or eBay are absolutely useless. Plus I haven't gotten one in a while.

I get them because I live and breathe and have a valid e-mail address. Not sure why others get them. :confused:
 
what i like is my chase credit card spoof emails... i don't even have a chase account!!
 
I once forwarded a spoof email to FBI - I actually got a response stating "we're aware of the issue and working on it. Thank to good law-abiding citizens such as myself :p we're making progress in punishing the guilty parties to fullest extent of the law" :bigok:

I just got the Paypal one tonight. Thanks for the heads up or I probably would have opened it.
 
I received 3 or 4 between yesterday and today. :confused:
Is that you sending them taz? ;)

I smell a cover up here. It must be Mr. Spoofee, who get paid for every one who falls in to the Paypal scam.
 
I got the paypal email too. It says that I need to verify my account or they will close my account. Well, the joke's on Paypal. I don't even have a paypal account. I hate Paypal, and I will never trust them enough to give them my bank account and pin number.
