Hmm,
what are PCBs?
The only thing I can think of are polychlorinated biphenyls - the chemcal waste that leaked from the American Electrical Inc plant in Marietta, Georgia.

This is what it said on thier home page:

At RB Design and Fabrication we offer a complete PCB(printed keyboard) service with the customer in mind. Services including PC board layout from concept through schematic capture to PCB layout. We will take your board layout and produce bare board PCB's, or turn key, assembled boards. Our PC board manufacturing facility is located in the same building as our layout/CAD room. This allows our customers to take advantage of a smooth, seamless flow of work from PCB layout through PC board manufacturing. We also offer PC board assembly services delivering the customer a completed product. RB Design specializes in multilayer prototypes, 24 hour turns and small to medium production runs with large production available offshore.
