Is there a Spoofee PDA Repair Professional in the house?
I have a Viewsonic V35 PDA that has developed a gray spot in the middle of the lcd screen, a little smaller than the size of a dime. It is still in warranty, so I called for repair. Viewsonic says, "must have been dropped or an object forced pressure on the lcd and has broken the inside membrane". Viewsonic will not honor a warranty claim for the defective screen. I have not dropped it or applied any other pressure other than the stylus "taps" .
Anyone know what else could have happened, or other reasons the screen would go out like that ? I need ammunition to help my warranty claim and fight the warranty people at Viewsonic.
PLEASE PM ME WITH YOUR SUGGESTIONS, (or this forum, IF that's OK)
Thanks to ALL
