the fine print reads with pet perks card. Do you have to have one to get the discount?
 
They are free and easy to sign up for if you dont have one, I have one I just use my phone number when I go in and every month or so they send me coupons or the add in the mail.
 
anyone who buys pet food or supplies will save $$$ with a card for the store and all you do is sign up. This is a great coupon-make an extra and give to someone at the store while there.
