Polynesian Adventure Tours is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail or entries not forwarded to prize headquarters in time for random drawing.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older as of August 1, 2006, except employees of Polynesian Adventure Tours (Sponsor), NCL Corporation Ltd., Gray Line, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply.
3. DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about June 15, 2007 by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners must sign any required Affidavit and Release within 30 days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. Winners will be notified by mail approx. June 30, 2007. No prize transfer or substitution of prize permitted, unless prize is generally unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission of Sponsor, NCL Corporation Ltd., and Gray Line to use winner's name and likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement, of software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whenever caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
4. PRIZE: One Grand Prize: A seven (7) day Hawaiian cruise on NCL for two (2) people. Includes roundtrip airfare from anywhere in the United States to Hawaii, two (2) tickets for two (2) on a 7 day Hawaiian cruise on NCL. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $4,429.24. Total prize value: $4,429.24. Limit one prize per family/household. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and restrictions apply. Travel arrangements/accommodations at discretion of Sponsor. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2007. All prizes are available to be won.
