Thank you for your interest in participating in a Radicle Science virtual study exploring the effects of health and wellness products. If you're eligible and choose to participate, you'll receive a supply of a study product at no cost to you.

You’ll be asked to use this product during the study (for 6 weeks) and respond to some brief online surveys.

• Each week, you may receive a short survey (less than 3 minutes to complete) about you, your study product, and/or health.
• Weekly, we will send brief questionnaires (less than 15 minutes to complete) concerning your health and study product usage.

Your answers will remain confidential, and no one will know your responses except for the research team.
