Nov 20 is the release date. I have mine reserved at the local game stop (maybe I should cancel and save some $). It comes with drumkit (4 drums), guitar, and microphone.

This game is going to be supposedly short on supply and high on demand. I got a PS3 preorder in at GS (ugh~) but may cop one for the 360 and make some money off of it.
