Im thinking the deal tomorrow at Staples is the one to get. Also dell.com has it for 150 shipped which is better i think b/c you know you will get it b4 christmas
 
Buy.com had this for $125 (after rebate) today also, but it has since sold out.

The rebate is applicable for retailers other than just Buy.com, but is not applicable for retailers offering an "instant rebate," which includes most, if not all, of the BF deals.

However, it's possible you can find an authorized retailer selling this for around ~200, and the rebate may still apply.

The tag price is $249.99 but when you bring this item to casher to have him/her scan the price will drop to $124.99.
I think it's a mistake, so I don't know how long this deal will last.

129 online @ circuitcity now... ordered one for instore pickup... also ordered the magellan one at best buy for $169... they both have some unique features i'll have to test drive.... the tom tom seems to have more interactive voice prompting and easier map/update features from what i gathered online so far

agree with you...just bought the tomtom one 3rd generation for 138 shipped from Circuit city.com...really wanted the LE from bestbuy but i dont want to get up at 3AM, so i just sucked it up and went with this one. Besides, how often will a college kid really need multi-point navigation!?!?!

well now the tomtom le version is avail on bestbuy.com for 119 with free shipping, what is the major difference between the 3rd generation and the le...it appears to be limited edition but from what i can tell its the same thing minus the possiblity of using the extras in the 3rd edition like weather/traffic etc..

It was there for only a few min. I got it in my cart, decided to double check and make sure it was the one i wanted, so i closed the window. Went back 2 min later to add it again and they were out. oh well

i could have ordered it, but it was only shipped no instore pickup, those are fun to return... i still have the magellan 3200 for instore pickup tomorrow and the tomtom 3rd edition one from circuitcity for instore pickup tomorrow also... from what i gathered the only major difference in the le one was a sd slot, they were both the same price... the magellan one looks like it has some cool features the tomtom doesnt have and it looks like it may have a better gps chipset for faster initial lockon/startup... either way they were both about half priced...

i saw people selling the tom tom le for around $180 online, after taxes/shipping it came to be about $130 - i was gonna pick one up and sell it on ebay but didnt feel like dealing with the headache.
