Problem with Overstock.com request

i'm trying to request the deal from overstock.com on spoofee
but it says "The Catalog # you entered does not exist or there may be an error in our system. If there seems to be an error on our end, please contact webmaster at spoofee.com and we will fix/add the catalog # manually."

the catalog number is 10433414
and the notes i wanna put up is "Stainless Steel Barber Set (case of 2)"
