I've never had a problem with buy.com. I signed up for the cash back from their "partner site", used the $10 credit and canceled within 2 weeks so I didnt get billed. A lot of people just forget to cancel until its too late and 99% of the time, the fine print says that there's no refund whatsoever. The same concept as Mail In Rebates. You Snooze, You Lose!
