I need to download my bank statements and email them to the mortgage company, but the bank only lets me download them as a .qif file... Quicken from what I understand. The problem is neither I or the mortgage guy have Quicken, how can I download it just as like a normal file to send it to him or get a temp quicken program?? Thanks!

Gnu Cash can read .QIF file - But no Windows version yet.

Try the java port jGCash http://jgnash.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

or any of this alternative options

Easier: print the statements, and fax them...

Or, download PDF converter (see this thread)
Print the statements as PDF and send them...
