Question about a company

I have a question I did a survey for Give Us a Piece of Your Mind they stated the first 100 would get a 20 visa gift card. I did this on nov 11. They told me I was one of the first 100. It has been a battle with them on getting it. I was told it would be mid jan before I would get my gift card. Emailed them again a few days ago now they are telling me it was sent out Dec 29 I should have got it. I emailed them back and told them no I never got it and I wanted to know what they where going to do to make it right They have not emailed me back.
