Rachael Ray contest?

Does anyone remember a contest with Rachael Ray? I keep thinking that I did enter one and I got a email saying I won her chef package but am wondering if its legit and there is one sentence that makes me nervous. How do we tell if its for real or not? It says participation required. Well dang I missed seeing this on the rules page and it pretty much answers my question I'd say big time

Is the sender YumO? Because I keep getting that one .... I think its a fake because if you entered it from her site she states that you will get an email saying you won from

plus if you won I dont think you would have to sign up for "sponsers offers"
