no timeline, if it comes with a universal charger[input 110-230v], that is even better.

planning to buy 25-30 batteries by Dec.

What type? Are you looking for AA? AAA? D? etc?

Like Nerelada said, what type of batteries? BTW I got all my rechargeable batteries on eBay for a great price. Plus if you e-mail some sellers that you want to buy large quantities, you can get even sweeter deals.
