Rite Aid - Duracell Battery Charger + Batteries for $4.99

Just FYI, these are 2500MaH NiMH cells. Above average capacity, and of course duracell quality.
 
I got in on the other deal, but when I tried to get in on this deal I think that it is not available online.

"These offers are good from 12/17/2006 thru 12/23/2006 in the Western* region of the U.S." and the only option that I got was to add this product onto a shopping list and print the list (rather than adding this product into my shopping cart).

if anyone is able to get this deal online, please post exactly how you did it.

I think it's only good at certain CA and NV stores.
 
FYI on included batteries

I live in the Washington, DC area. I bought one last night. It's a great deal. This normally sells for $19.99, but as the ad say it's on sell for $14.99 and then you can apply for the rebate online (Rite Aid's are very easy, I've used them in the past).

Anyway, the batteries included with this model are something like 1800MaH NiMH cells. The 2500MaH NiMH cells are included with the 15 Minute Charger that runs around $34.99 or $39.99 for the regular selling price (and is not on sale).
 
Got one in WA. The batteries are also 1800mAh.
 
There was also a $2 coupon in the sunday newspaper coupon flyer! Makes it 2.99!
 
Live in Kentucky -- not such a good deal

Here in Kentucky, a rebate is not offered. They have a book of coupons and with my $2 coupon, I wasn't able to use both.

BUT, my Kroger has the same batteries on sale (without rebates or coupons) and then I was able to use my $2 coupon. So it worked out after all.
