6. NOTICE: This Promotion is void where prohibited. This promotion is in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Entry into the Promotion, where lawful, constitutes permission to use name, voice, photograph or likeness of prize winners for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation. Major Prize winners will be obligated to sign and return a Customer Prize Form and, where lawful, an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and a publicity release within ten (10) days of notification by RITE AID.
