-after 2 years 2 wheels broke off (really 2 years? most $50 chairs last 1 year your lucky to have for 2)
-right after making plastic housing surrounding one of the casters split in half (ok this one was a problem)
-metal pieces in the chair arm just popped out and landed on the floor one day (sounds like put togetter wrong)

word of wornning office deport has the worest warranty on earth.

Yeah, 3 out of 5 complained it broke right away, at least they sound like they spent a lot more $ on it. Well now you know why it went down so far/fast.
