Ruby Tuesday Free salad bar thru 9/23 with triple prime burger purchase

Youre wrong, ellie. The salad bar is free. You will be able to eat all the salad bar items you desire and it will not be billed to you. Thats how free works. If you get something, and you arent billed for it, its free.

If you have to make a purchase, it's not free. You still have to pay for the burger.

I believe that would be considered a "similar deal" which is in the thread description

The burger isnt free. Nowhere does it say that it is. The SALAD BAR is free, and you wont have to pay for it. You say that if you pay for one thing, that makes the second thing not free, even though you wont be expected to pay for it? Thats ridiculous! With that logic, a "buy one get one free" sale doesnt offer anything for free because you have to buy something to get something. Absolutely ridiculous.

So, lets say that you can get a free $50 gift card with a purchase of a $30 bottle of perfume at Macy's. Are you really going to say that the GC isnt free because you had to pay for the perfume?

You confuse me. In the thread description its a "similar deal"? Me no follow.

Arrgh. Now I be seein' it, matey.

I may not be the most potent of rums, but I get the job done eventually.

LOL

THIS should also be moved to this forum as well as it is not free either...

Yes, it should. Freebies and giveaways on spoofee are for things that are for free with no purcase required (including shipping). Anything where money has to change hands is not completely free. I moved recently and got a coupon for a free pizza...absolutely free. I did not pay anything for it so that was FREE. I also have coupons for bogo free pizzas. In that situation, each one is sold at half price with a requirement to purchase two, thus not completely free. There are a lot of deals that are "buy this get something else free" but many are not worthy enough for the hot deals forum let alone the freebies. If I spend $50 at Aveda, I get a free .5 ounce lotion product worth 4.95. Not free nor a hot deal.
