This is a good deal, I bought this keyboard two months ago for $65. I wish my old keyboard didnt die on me so soon. It works great btw.

That's a good gaming keyboard and everyone that sees it goes "wow, that's neat". The only minus that I would give it is that the Windows drivers could be better.

I bought this keyboard for $50 not too long ago. It's a great keyboard, expensive, but a great keyboard.

I just purchased that this past weekend. I originally bought the other Saitek Gamer Keyboard (with an extra keypad for macros) and then sold it to my friend since he liked it so much. I waited, waited, and finally BB put it on sale. I luckily got the last one at that location. Haven't unpacked it yet but I've heard many great things.

I got this with a deal from Dell. Great if you like to surf at night. Keys have a nice soft click to them.

I have it too, it's a great keyboard.

There are a few small issues with it though.
1. The wrist rest thing is very cheap and flaps around.
2. The keys are "soft" so if you like classic clicky ones, this ain't for you.
3. The keys are sprayed with silver paint, so it will come off and show the clear plastic.

Is it really worth it to invest that much on a keyboard? I mean I m using the default keyboard on PC or laptop, and doesn't seem to be too different to me..

I am a night owl. I stay up til 2-3 most nights, long after everyone goes to bed. So I spend 3-4 hours a night with the lights off typing. This keyboard is backlit, so I can see the keys, which I love <i'm not very good at touch typing>. Also, at LAN parties, it has great "oooohhh, ahhhhh" value, which is fun. The keys are real quiet too, anotherr thing i like over the clunky keyboards, quieter = everyone else in the house sleeps better...That's why I dropped the money on it.

I actually just bought the Saitek Gamers keyboard yesterday. It was $44.00, which is pretty good. I was torn btwn buying that one and this eclipse one. I liked the eclipse one b/c it looked cooler, and it had a better backlight. However, it had less technical suport, and i was scared that the paint would come off to easily, so i went with the gamers keyboard. I like the small macropad thing, which will be a nice addition. But yes, i must :hail: to the eclipse for its fantastic look

This Is My Second Saitek. The First One I Got From Woot And It Was About 35 Bucks. The Keys Were Not Lit Just The Backlit Board. I Thought It Sucked Cuz I Still Couldn't See. It Lasted 1 Week. The Cat Knocked A GLAss Of Water Over. That Was It. Kind Of A Pisser. With These Keys Being Backlit As Well This Is Perfect For When Your Typing In Low Light. I Keep Nothing Liquid By The Keyboard!
