I sent for the Root lifting spray and it took forever but I did receive it. It was a full size bottle. They also sent me Redken hair color for men. I have sent for other things and never received it though and they send you do a lot of junk mail!

How were you able to get the sample when it's the Salon address they ask for. I tried before and nothing ever came. I guess you have to own or work in a salon. Oh well. It was a nice thought.
