is this really a deal?

Sam's club will always allow you in the store to purchase something as long as you pay the extra 10% (that's where I buy roses for my wife, they're so cheap it's still worth paying the 10%). This coupon says you can shop as long as you pay the extra 10%.

Not sure about roses, but are the other general items discounted more than 10% in Costco/Sams club when compared to Walmart? Few times i visited i found merchandise hardly much different from those at Walmart, or other offers/discounts in other stores. Does it make sense to use the 10% service fee coupon then?
