Samsung 18x DVD Burner /w Lightscribe for $30.99 Shipped

I've got this same drive but with a SATA Interface (Another $15). Great drive, pretty quiet, and very fast. Totally worth it :)
 
Anyone have any personal experience on this drive?
 
I just bought this drive 2 days ago, came in the mail today. And I just installed it a few hours ago. But I did not burn anything yet. :)
 
man, I _really_ want this drive. I already have a 16x dvd +/- rw drive.... but it doesn't have LIGHTSCRIBE!!!! ohhhhh... I want! I'm sick and tired of trying to read my chicken scratch writing on my dvd's and audio cd's!!!!:rofl:
 
I bought an OEM from them & it came with software, lots of it, to do everything including write LS on the disks.

i believe he was referring to the drive he currently owns and therefore wants this one.

It seems kinda hit and miss with this OEM drive - some people get lucky and get software, but many people said they got nothing - not even any cables.
 
I got LS & LS disks from them but never wrote a LS disk yet. Takes another half hour to do.
 
I see it doesnt have software with it, will it work if i already have something like Nero?
 
will this work if i already have Nero on my computer?
