This does not include rebates, making it a GREAT deal if you need a new TV. 20" televisions alone go for near this price, and they're not even flat. CompUSA's normal price on this item is $370.

I bought a Samsung 27" Flat screen Tv and it was a piece. I had to return it twice to best buy. Don't buy samsung flat tvs!
