Rebate Turnaround time

IF you take advantage of this offer, be prepared to wait up to 5 months for your rebate. The people that handle their rebates plain and simple - SUCK. They tell you they have not received the information - causing you to resend it again and again ... and then the wait is endless.

Example - I bought 3 WEP470 back in October - had everything submitted by early November, and out of those 3 - I STILL am waiting on one more to be sent to me. When I searched about this company handling these - I ALSO found that I was by FAR - not the only one, and in fact - many others had filed complaints with the BBB ... so be forewarned!
 
I bought a WEP450 last November and filed the rebate to this same rebate company in early December. I checked the status on the website several times and didn't have any problems but it did take 3 full months to get the rebate. I received it in early March. I usually don't have insurmountable problems with the normal rebate companies (kinda get familiar with where they all are located). The big rebate problems I've had were when companies were too small/cheap to hire a rebate fulfillment company to handle their rebates and try to do it themselves. Especially those in California (often in City of Industry). I've had way too many of those companies renege on their rebates with no successful recourse (no matter how persistent) so I will not buy products with those types of rebates.

Since this is a regular rebate fulfillment company, keep after them. It's a Samsung rebate so you should get your money since Samsung isn't going under.
