So last year I got crayons for pennies, awesome deals on 3 ring binders at 25 cents, and more, so can we start a list of where the penny dime and quarter sales will be?

Staples: 1 cent sale and $5 off $20 coupon!

It's back to school time and Staples is having a sale on many school supplies starting July 12 through July 15. For just a penny, get (8) #2 pencils and 500 sheets of copy paper (after rebate). For a dollar, you can buy scissors, 6 pack highlighters, pencil box, 2-pack wite-out, 5-pack fashion pens, 3 pack erasers, 4x6 photo paper, tape and a mini stapler. There are several other supplies that will be buy one get one free.

Also, in Sunday's advertisement, there is a coupon good for $5 off your $20 or more in-store purchase. You can really stock up on school supplies with Staple's sales this week. Make sure to shop early, because they do sell out of these promotional items.

I am not sure if it's a regional thing or nationwide, but our Wal-Mart Super Center had single subject spiral notebooks for 5 cents last year, and the lady I spoke with yesterday who was just starting to set up the back to school display said the prices should be the same this year for a time.

I got an email from staples about another 1 cent sale, visit their site and check out the details!

This week, until Sunday that is

Staples has
a 120 sheet pack of filler paper for one penny! (Tell them you are a teacher and you can get 25 packs, although for everyone besides teachers, the limit is 5

Office Max has
composition Books (white and black marbled) for 50 cents
10 cent packs of pencils
10 cent filler paper 150 sheets
One cent rulers
One cent Pocket Folders

Walgreens has
29 cent packs of highlighters (5 total)
9 cent folders
19 cent packs of Pencils

There is a limit on all of these that each store allows so before you go to the counter with 3 buggies full of pencils and wood rulers  you may want to look for that limit. You can also beat that limit by taking as many people (kids too) with you, load up each person with the limit and vwalaaaa, you got enough filler paper to last 3 years from now, LOL!
I'll post more as I know more!

Good to know on the telling them if you are a teacher, Christie. Thanks!
