Seagate 1TB Internal SATA Hard Drive for $44.95 Shipped After Rebate

I hate to be a poopoo head on Seagate, but their quality has gone down a bit since their acquisition of Maxtor. Don't know what happened. Newegg reviewers are about 50-50 one a good drive (as best I can tell).
 
The rebate link is not working for me. I can't commit until I know I can get the rebate!
