wow, now I don't feel so bad having a nice little 40mb drive :P I took that drive apart last year but it worked up until I killed it...

on another note, not too bad a price for such a large capacity and high speed drive!

A youngster. My first computer had 16K of RAM and 2 - 360 K floppies. No HD at all.

This is tempting since my HTPC only has room for 1 hard drive and it's only 160GB. :15:

Oh and the first computer I worked on was ENIAC back in the mid-forties... j/k!

The first computer I actually used was an old 286 in Middle school. We save all of our work on a 5 1/4" floppy drive. The drive itself was shared between four computers and we would race in to class to be the first one to get our disk in and read LOL... The whole class had two dot matrix printers. Man the memories...

Got you beat Kage_, my first computer... the computer "hard drive" was a cassette tape!!

First time I ever bought a hard drive (seperate from a computer purchase), it was for my Macintosh LC and it was an external 20 MB drive for $480 !!!
