I ordered this on 3/13/08 as it was finally in stock. Got a confirmation email about the order right away that day. The next day I receive another email stating that my order shipped along with the FedEx tracking number. Been tracking the order on the FedEx site each day since then and it's never changed from the "Package data transmitted to FedEx" line on 3/13. Was scheduled to be delivered on 3/18. It still hasn't shown up on 3/19 so I called zipzoomfly and they said they ran out and it hasn't shipped yet. They "thought" it was going to ship so they assigned a tracking number when I ordered it. What kind of mickey mouse systems do they have that they assign tracking numbers and send out "your order has shipped" emails when they haven't even got the stock to ship the item?? I was about to say that at least they didn't charge my credit card, but I just double-checked that, and they did charge it.
They're web site even shows the item in stock for $167 now. I told this to customer service and she said she'll have to have someone update the website. Give me a break. Guess I'll give it a few more days before canceling (probably what they want me to do as their cost is probably more now than they sold them for last week).
