I still haven't received a card from Sears yet, but for those of you who are still fighting this bait-and-switch scam, please see the following sample letter and exhibits.
You will want to update the information with your own, especially the exhibits. Everything in the sample letter that is red in color is stuff you will want to change.
Be sure you send the letter to your attorney general (AG), Sears, and the Better Business Bureau. The last two are part of the 'CC' at the end of the letter. I have found that the AG will accept a fax and that is much, much easier for me to send than a physical envelope; plus I have proof they received it.
