Sears.com - Sanus Plasma/LCD Monitor Stand for $69.99

Which locations are getting the $20 shipping price? I've entered a couple of zip codes into their shipping calculator and they ALL start at $46.50 for ground.
 
Ordered this last night with ease... there is a $46 shipping charge, but Sears.com is providing a 50% off discount automatically depending upon location. I live in VA, and did in fact receive the discount.

One thing to note, you can not ship to store. As well, you can not use a giftcard if you qualify for the 50% off shipping. My total price was $96, and I tried to enter the giftcard we had (it was for $15) and my price was suddently $105 (after the $15 off... so it obviously jumped up). Weird, but still a great price. Amazon, Sears, and elsewhere sell this for $199 at the cheapest. Great buy!
