Secret pals

So, I recently wrote Spoofee "the boss around here" as I was told by Joyce ;) to ask about starting up a "Secret pals" group. They are just secret pals that send encouraging cards, messages, and gifts throughout the year to the other secret pal. Not until the end of the "secret pal" season can you reveal yourself.

My question is...how many of you would be interested in something like this?
 
I am all in for collecting your name and home address.

oh oh...great story. At my dad's job there is this squirrel, we call him bob because his tail is short, anyways, he was in my dads car at lunch today and stole his chocolate chip cookie. Apparently Bob didnt like the chocolate chips and spit them out. dad ate his lunch, and came out...specks of chocolate all over the back of his pants....too funny.just thought I would share that story with you.
 
That sounds like a good idea! :) Babs & I have already been doing that! :claps: There may be lonely members here that would love to get an encouraging word, but Babs and I do it to bug each other! LOL

thats cute. sounds like she really needs some encouragement right now.:claps:
 
I know that. i just mean that right now, it would mean alot to her with what she's going through. Hmm, what an idea. have to keep that in mind.
 
She really appreciates all of the well wishes from everyone in her "prayer" thread, too. :)

What's "secret pal season?" Is that like hunting season? Do we get any venison out of it?
 
Venison is good. But I'd eat Bob. I like squirrel, rabbit and deer. I'm a good country boy.

While Im posting I may as well answer the question, Im not interested in a secret pal.
 
I think dehawk should be your secret pal, LS! He could kill a squirrel or two for you, don't know about his culinary expertise though, so you may be eating them raw, tails and all. LOL

We used to have a squirrel around here too, he was named Dan though.....he used to come around quite often and keep us amused.....but then one day....he got a promotion and now he travels alot.......:( BTW he sometimes walks around with all kind of 'specks' on this pants too, although I don't think it chocolate...:eek:

Lets not forget that Dan used to sit up on a wall with a rifle and a hunting cap.. That always made me nervous.

Bob is the squirrel at d-mom's dad's work. Dont you read? Or are you one of those kids who doesnt have the attention span, like dehawk?
