Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (
excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions not otherwise mentioned herein) who are
18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who are members of Sephora's Beauty Insider Program (no purchase is necessary to become a member of Sephora's Beauty Insider Program).
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends November 5, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. PT.
Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. PT on November 5, 2008.
Prizes: Ten (10) grand prize winners will be awarded the grand prize with an approximate retail value of $500. The grand prize consists of ten (10) Sephora-exclusive products (exact products selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) included in a 3 foot time capsule in shape of a lipstick. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion, and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute with either the cash value of the prize, or a prize or prizes of equal or greater value. Applicable federal, state or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. There will be no other prizes. All prizes will be awarded. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $5,000. Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners.
All winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about November 19, 2008, and will be notified by phone or e-mail.
