Eligibility: Open to females age 13 or older who are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada, and where prohibited by law.

They've made an error with this giveaway, either in the Official Rules or on the entry form.

Although the Official Rules clearly state that the giveaway is open to females age 13 or older, the entry form is not accepting entries from anyone older than 29 years old, which is the customary age limit for Seventeen giveaways.
