Shoe Suggestions

I have fibromyalgia and have really severe back pain. For years, I have been wearing Dansko and Born shoes. However, my pain seems to be worse and I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on what shoes have worked for their back pain and spinal issues.

Thanks guys! Keep praying for me as I stuggle with multiple health issues, including Bipolar Disorder and Fibro! Love you guys and gals!

I dont know about back pain, but I have bad knees and ankles from sports. I bought a pair of FitFlops from Bath and Body Works because they are to tone your legs and buns, but my knees and ankles dont get sore. I wore them in Texas and walked around all day for hours (I walked the entire Riverwalk) and they didnt hurt at all! I believe they are also available at Lady Foot Locker too.

You might ask your doctor or a foot specialist for suggestions.

The Fit Flops are great for the summer

I find new balance sizes run small.
