I hit the Kenneth Cole outlet every time I head out to Gilroy, CA and all the items on this clearance are at outlet prices... even better when the coupon codes are added. I'd rather pay the shipping cost than drive with gas prices so high!

I'm pretty sure the inventory wasn't cleared out by any one of us. I have reason to believe that Kenneth Cole realized all the responses and coupon usage that it decided to limit the amount of sale items. How do I know? Well for a better portion of the morning, the checkout wasn't working properly. I kept trying but to no avail. It didn't finally work for me until I tried again around noon (EST) and by that time they had already started to remove items from the sale. But thanks to their cookie, the jacket I wanted was still in my cart even though they took it off the site. I checked out and got my confirmation email. In short, they did it on purpose.

Kenneth Cole Ripe Off

I got into this deal fairly early after the announcment and bought one of their leather jackets. After watching my order status for a few days not change I called and was informed that my order had been cancelled. They "sold out" and were not going to be able to do anything about it. "Thanks and please shop with Kenneth Cole again". Blah...

OMG! I have to admit this has to be my worst shopping experience with an online retailer. Out of all the items I ordered, I'm ONLY receiving a pair of shoes! These are shoes that I called and tried to cancel but the customer service rep. said he wouldn't be able to since the order was already forwarded to shipping. What a bust!

Does anyone think I can get a refund if I just put "Refused. Return to sender" on the box? I don't want to have to pay to send those silly shoes back. They already charged me $7 for shipping! :banghead:
