I have three of these, got an even better deal on them last year (3 for $50). They are nice. No frills, just functional shelves. Counting from the bottom, the first, third, and fourth shelves are adjustable, the second one is fixed height. They take no tools to put together, everything is friction fit, but quite sturdy once assembled.
