What bothers me is that the Air Force had no idea that the nukes were on that plane until it landed. That means that they had five nuclear warheads unaccounted for. They couldve been loaded onto any transport just as easily. They couldve ended up anywhere.

They say that the standards are very stringent. Then how did five nukes get away from you? They say that there was no risk of detonation. But there was certainly a risk of fissionable material, radiation, and radioactive materials being scattered for miles if there was a crash.

Nice to know our Armed Forces are so competent.
